Is the current Casa’s HOA President confused or is he trying to confuse the community?
Is he confused that HE was on the prior board that upon being informed that there was a HUD lien, decided to move forward with the foreclosure sale anyway?
Is he confused that it was HIS board that decided to record the foreclosure?
Is he confused that HE was the only board member to vote against getting legal advice after the HOA foreclosed?
Is he confused about how many times he repeats old grievances?
OR…
Is he trying to confuse homeowners with persistent maligning attacks about past board members?
If so, why?
Is it to point homeowners elsewhere so they don’t look at HIS actions?
Is it to intimidate or bully?
Is it to purposely mislead?
Is it to get re-elected?
Thank you for asking these questions and pointing out the current President’s roll in the decisions he is blaming on others. Three of the current five board members ultimately made these decisions and hiding behind “the last board” is very misleading and cowardly.
I regret the decisions I made on this particular issue and wish we had all the information, including legal advice before the vote was called. Ultimately we made the decision and I am not blaming anyone else.
It is refreshing to see an alternate view point from the board’s recent messaging.
