If you are a beginning to intermediate tennis player, you know how hard it is to find a spot to play. For Desert Breezes Residents, you have a ready made place to join in, learn, and improve.
The current Desert Breezes morning tennis group has been gathering for many decades and some of the players go back to the 1990s, before the building of the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. The age range is from the mid-30s up to the mid-90s, and everywhere in between. There is a mix of current Villas and Casas residents and former residents.
The group is quite social, with monthly birthday parties and a yearly Holiday party.
If you are new to Desert Breezes, or new to tennis, this is the place to start. They are currently playing Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00am to 9:ooam. They also need players for a new Evening Tennis time, Monday at 4:00pm under the lights.
