Is the current Casa’s HOA President confused or is he trying to confuse the community?

Is he confused that HE was on the prior board that upon being informed that there was a HUD lien, decided to move forward with the foreclosure sale anyway?

Is he confused that it was HIS board that decided to record the foreclosure?

Is he confused that HE was the only board member to vote against getting legal advice after the HOA foreclosed?

Three Minute Club – It’s Your Turn!

The Three Minute Club was recently created to enhance communication and greater awareness of issues and concerns that impact all Casas homeowners in Desert Breezes.

It’s your turn! Please tell us what is important to you about Desert Breezes. Complete the linked Google form, and we will share the information in upcoming 3 Minute Club posts. We realize that not everyone is comfortable speaking in public or on Townsquare. We also recognize no one person or group has all the best ideas. We want to hear from you, whether it’s a question, a suggestion, or a general comment. With that said, please contribute constructively to this project!

Music Group Meetings

If you play an instrument, or sing, at any level, you know how much fun it is to get together with others. The Desert Breezes Yacht Club Orchestra meets infrequently, but almost every week.

The Ladies Lunch Group

The Ladies Lunch Group meets monthly at dining spots around the Valley. Fine dining and lively discussion are guaranteed. They meet year around.

The Knitting Club

Knitters, crochet aficionados, crafters, etc.: the Knitting Group has taken some time off with no meetings planned for July, but we will be back August 2 and welcome all, from experienced to beginners. The Knitting Group meets every Wednesday at the clubhouse, 1:30-3:30 pm.

We always enjoy sharing our progress on projects and encourage you to come join us.

Book Club – Readers Welcome

Monthly at The Clubhouse

Desert Breezes Book Club – The Desert Breezes Book Club meets monthly to discuss the book we read during the month. Each meeting starts at 7 pm with some social conversation and then we get into the book. All readers, be they avid or recreational, are welcome to join us!
