Is the current Casa’s HOA President confused or is he trying to confuse the community?

Is he confused that HE was on the prior board that upon being informed that there was a HUD lien, decided to move forward with the foreclosure sale anyway?

Is he confused that it was HIS board that decided to record the foreclosure?

Is he confused that HE was the only board member to vote against getting legal advice after the HOA foreclosed?

Is he confused about how many times he repeats old grievances?

The Lollipop Lights and Our Reserves

I posted this to Townsq last week, but it seems to have disappeared. I feel that these sort of questions should be honestly answered and not avoided.

Question: why can’t we replace our lollipop light?

The Master’s Association has replaced their lollipop lights with sleek, modern and efficient lighting. Why can’t Casas do the same?

Music Group Meetings

If you play an instrument, or sing, at any level, you know how much fun it is to get together with others. The Desert Breezes Yacht Club Orchestra meets infrequently, but almost every week.

The Ladies Lunch Group

The Ladies Lunch Group meets monthly at dining spots around the Valley. Fine dining and lively discussion are guaranteed. They meet year around.

Tennis – Desert Breezes

There has been a consistent group of tennis enthusiasts at Desert Breezes for many years. During the Summer, they meet as early as possible on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, and play until it gets too hot. During the season (October through June), they add Sunday mornings, and play from 7:30am to 9:30am.

Tai Chi & Qigong

Tai Chi & Quigong instruction has been ongoing in Desert Breezes for four years now. There is no charge for Desert Breezes homeowners and guests. We change spaces and times now and again. Contact Liam at william@frogparade.com for more information.

Book Club – Readers Welcome

Monthly at The Clubhouse

Desert Breezes Book Club – The Desert Breezes Book Club meets monthly to discuss the book we read during the month. Each meeting starts at 7 pm with some social conversation and then we get into the book. All readers, be they avid or recreational, are welcome to join us!
