Is the current Casa’s HOA President confused or is he trying to confuse the community?

Is he confused that HE was on the prior board that upon being informed that there was a HUD lien, decided to move forward with the foreclosure sale anyway?

Is he confused that it was HIS board that decided to record the foreclosure?

Is he confused that HE was the only board member to vote against getting legal advice after the HOA foreclosed?

Is he confused about how many times he repeats old grievances?

The Lollipop Lights and Our Reserves

I posted this to Townsq last week, but it seems to have disappeared. I feel that these sort of questions should be honestly answered and not avoided.

Question: why can’t we replace our lollipop light?

The Master’s Association has replaced their lollipop lights with sleek, modern and efficient lighting. Why can’t Casas do the same?
